Advance on intestinal mucosal barrier in patients with acute cerebral insult

Abstract: In recent years ,some studies show that acute cerebral insult can damage gut barrier function, resulting in bacterial translocation and endotoxemia, causing multiple organ dysfunction and systemic inflammatory response syndrome, serious impact on the prognosis of patients, this paper describes the different detection index of intestinal barrier function, intending to make the neurology the physician to pay attention to the protect the intestinal function.
