Life and death education in hospice care is very important. It is one of the important indicators of the quality of death, which can reduce the fear of patients, help patients' families increase the courage to face bereavement, promote the growth of medical staff and improve the relationship between doctors and patients. To do life and death education, hospice care workers should have good life and death quality. To do life and death education in hospice care, we should first remove the barriers of life and death education in hospice care and learn how to tell bad news. Life and death education for patients and their families includes listening, holding workshops, workshops and administering dignity therapy. Hospice care also needs to fully explore life and death education resources, including human resources, cultural resources, academic resources and social resources.

Objective To observe the effects of peony licorice bolus of risperidone with different proportions on female schizophrenia patients suffered hyperprolactinemia induced by risperidone. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into group A (Risperidone), group B (Peony∶licorice 1∶1, Risperidone), group C (Peony∶ licorice 2∶1, Risperidone). The change of serum levels of prolactin, estradiol, testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, progesterone were observed before and after treatment for 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Positive and negative symptom scale were used to evaluate the effect of treatment before and after treatment. Adverse drug reactions were evaluated by using the side reaction scale before and after treatment. Results Compared with group B and group C, the serum of prolactin levels of group A were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared with group B, the serum of prolactin levels of group C were significantly decreased (P<0.05), which suggested that the serum levels of prolactin in female patients with schizophrenia could be reduced by a greater degree than 2∶1 that of 1∶1. Conclusion The peony and licorice pill can obviously reduce serum prolactin levels of risperidone, but the ratio is 2∶1 to the maximum extent of the serum prolactin levels of the peony and licorice pills.

Coxsackievirus A group 16 strain(CA16)infection is very common in China. CA16 constantly mutated in the epidemic process, and its pathogenicity is significantly different from enterovirus 71(EV71). CA16 can induce a variety of microRNAs(miRNAs)and affect the transmission of inflammatory signaling pathways, leading to pathological damage. At present, CA16 infection models in mice, tree shrews and macaques have been successfully established, which can be used to evaluate the effect of anti CA16 drugs and vaccines. In terms of detection, multiplex real-time RT-PCR can be used for high-sensitivity detection and rapid typing of HFMD, and colloidal gold immunochromatographic assays can be used for rapid diagnosis. A variety of monovalent and multivalent CA16 vaccines can induce effective immunity in animal experiments.

By systematically sorting out the CNKI1988—2018 journal literature and taking the extension and change of the research field and research content as the dividing standard, the death education research in China is divided into three stages: starting, comprehensive exploration and in-depth development. That is to say, China's death education research has gone from the development of medical professional response education to universal preventive education to post-disaster psychological disaster education. Over the past three decades, scholars have focused on two basic issues of death education and educational practice, and have reached a basic consensus on the value of death education, the current status of death education in China, and the multi-agent cooperation of death education. At the same time, there are still some shortcomings such as basic theoretical problems, general research perspective, scattered research content, and traditional research methods. In the future, death education research urgently needs to combine the experience of lifelong learning and the integration of “knowledge-prevention-rescue” on the basis of absorbing international experience, relying on China's cultural traditions, and combine multidisciplinary theoretical research and comprehensive practice exploration. Efforts will be made to explore practical implementation strategies for death education, and build a death education system and research system with Chinese characteristics to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of death education.

Endothelins (ETs) are composed of 21-aminoacids produced by endothelial cells and considered to be potent vasoconstrictor. Recent studies found that they could not only induce the angiogenesis, mitosis and differentiation, but also act the role of cytokines. Previous studies have identiifed three isoforms of ET (ET-1, ET-2 and ET-3), which are involved in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. ET-1 is most potent one among ETs, whereas ET-3 is the weakest once. ET peptides exhibit their functions in a number of mammalian physiological systems, including gastrointestinal. ETs act via two distinct isoforms of receptors in human body, i.e. endothelin receptor A (ETA) and endothelin receptor B (ETB), which can be found expressed in many mammalian cardiovascular system, neural system and gastrointestinal tract. ETA and ETB have same signaling pathways. And at the meantime, ETB can promote the activation of PLA2. The study also found that endothelins were widely associated with benign and malignant diseases.

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux larynspasm(GERL). Methods GERL patients with characteristics of laryngeal spasm by symptoms questionnaire selected from January 2010 to June 2016 were admitted continuous hospitalization; had excellent response to PPI, antireflux radiofrequency or fundoplication after gastroscopy, manometry and 24 hours pH examination; without laryngeal spasm episodes in follow-up of more than 12 months after antireflux therapy. The gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)symptom spectrum, characteristics of larynspasm attack, examination results, and response to antireflux treatment of the GERL patients were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 64 patients with GERL were included in the study, with an average age of 48.9 years. 71.9% of the patients had typical symptoms of GERD such as acid reflux and heartburn, 75% had other extraesophageal reflux symptoms such as cough and asthma. 35.9% of the patients complained regurgitation could cause choking cough and the following larynspasm, 73.4% reported of increased larynspasm episodes after meal, irritating food intake, over eating, or alcohol consumption, and 42.2% complained larynspasm was prone to occure in supine position during sleep. The detecting rates of pathological acid reflux and esophagitis by 24 h pH monitoring and gastroscopy were 53.1% and 48.6%, respectively. 37.5% of the patients had good response, 51.6% had partial response, and 10.9% had poor response to PPI therapy. 84.4% of the patients failed to stop or had no resopse to PPI converted to radiofrequency or fundoplication, and good results were achieved. Conclusion Larynspasm could one of the extraesophageal reflux manifestations of GERD, larynspasm could be combined with typical symptoms and/or extraesophageal symptoms of GERD. Part of the patients’ larynspasm onset is associated with reflux symptoms, diet and body position, which is helpful for the diagnosis of GERL. GERL usually responds well to antireflux therapy such as PPI, radiofrequency and fundoplication.
