Abstract: Elderly people are the main group of hip fractures. Hip arthroplasty is the main method to treat hip fractures in the elderly. The promotion of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has been putting forward new requirements for the anesthesia of hip arthroplasty.This review briefly introduces the application of ERAS in the perioperative period of hip replacement surgery; mainly discusses the basis for the selection of anesthesia methods under the ERAS concept and the value evaluation system of the application of new technologies. General anesthesia, intraspinal anesthesia, peripheral nerve block and their combined application were compared and the direction of development and optimization of different anesthesia methods under the ERAS concept is proposed.
