Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 primary caregivers of obese children. Interview data were analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method. Results The analysis yielded 3 themes(program acceptability, program feasibility, and recommendations from the primary caregiver)and 13 subthemes. Conclusion The integrated health management program for obese children, which is developed based on the concept of integrated physical and medical care, demonstrates sound scientific validity, feasibility, and acceptability, and can provide a theoretical basis for the health management of obese children.
