肥大细胞在抗感染免疫作用中的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肥大细胞是广泛分布于全身组织中重要的固有免疫细胞。近年来研究发现，肥大细胞除参与IgE介导的超敏反应外，在机体抗感染免疫中也发挥重要的作用。该细胞不仅参与固有免疫应答，直接识别、吞噬、杀灭病原菌，还参与加工、处理、提呈抗原，启动和调节适应性免疫应答。

Abstract: Mast cells are innate immune cells which widely distribute in the body’s connective tissue. In recent years, its reported that mast cells not only play an important role in allergic reactions but also play an important role in the body against pathogens. Mast cells not only have the function to identify, phagocytose and kill pathogenic microorganisms, but also through release of cytokines participate in the innate immune response, and can present antigen, regulation of adaptive immune response.
