多焦视网膜电图对特发性黄斑裂孔手术治疗效果的观察

摘要: 目的:使用多焦视网膜电图(mfERG)精确地研究特发性黄斑裂孔手术前后黄斑区的局部功能。方法对III期和IV期特发性黄斑裂孔行标准三切口玻璃体切割术联和0.05%吲哚青绿染色内界膜撕除加20%SF6气体填充治疗,在术前术后行mfERG。结果手术患者的一阶函数的1环和2环P1波反应密度与正常眼相比均明显降低。手术后黄斑裂孔愈合眼的mfERG一阶函数的1环和2环P1波反应密度逐渐增加;mfERG三维地形图的中央峰术后逐渐恢复,但术后6个月仍然低于正常眼。结论mfERG能够精确地反映黄斑区的局部功能。

Abstract: Objective To explore the partial function of the macular area before and after idiopathic macular hole surgery with multifocal ERG (mfERG). Methods Macular hole standard three-line incision vitreous stage III and IV patients with idiopathic cutting-linking and 0.05%indocyanine green stained internal limiting membrane peel plus 20%SF6 gas-iflled treatment, preoperative and postoperative line mfERG were used in the study. Results 1 and 2-ring surgery in patients with a ifrst-order reaction function of P1 wave density were signiifcantly reduced compared with normal eyes. 1 and 2-ring P1 response densities macular hole healing after eye surgery mfERG first-order function of the gradual increased, central peak postoperative mfERG three-dimensional topographic map of gradual recovered, but still lowered than the normal eyes after 6 months. Conclusion mfERG can accurately relfect the local function of the macular area.
