心力衰竭的最新治疗进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 心力衰竭是一组以心室充盈和/或射血功能受损为特征的综合征,其原因多为各种心脏结构或功能障碍。心脏输出量无法满足身体组织的代谢需求,从而导致肺部和/或全身性充血,以及器官和组织的血液灌注不足。心力衰竭影响着全球约 6 400 万人。近年来在内外科等诸多领域针对心力衰竭的治疗有显著进展,从“金三角”到“新四联”再到“五朵金花”;从“心脏移植”到“心脏再同步化治疗”再到“左心室辅助装置”。通过参考现有的临床研究和实践,主要总结有效的心力衰竭防治措施(以慢性心力衰竭为主),为临床医生提供参考。

Abstract: Heart failure is a syndrome characterized by impaired ventricular filling and/or ejection function, often caused by various cardiac structures or functional impairments. The cardiac output cannot meet the metabolic needs of body tissues, resulting in pulmonary and/or systemic congestion, as well as inadequate blood perfusion to organs and tissues. Heart failure affects approximately 64 million people worldwide. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the treatment of heart failure in various fields such as internal and external medicine, from the “Golden Triangle” to the “New Four Links” and then to the “Five Golden Flowers”. From “heart transplantation” to “cardiac resynchronization therapy” and then to “left ventricular assist device”. By referring to existing clinical research and practice, we mainly summarize effective measures for the prevention and treatment of heart failure(mainly chronic heart failure), providing reference for clinical doctors.
