摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨甲状腺结节细针穿刺细胞学检查护理措施。方法回顾性分析 86 例行甲状腺结节细针穿刺细胞学检查患者术前、术中及术后护理，观察其护理效果。结果 85 例患者顺利完成细针穿刺手术，术中出现晕厥 1 例，经抢救后脱险；术后出现局部血肿 1 例，保守治疗后痊愈；未见其它并发症。结论护理人员对甲状腺结节穿刺患者进行有效护理，可减轻患者紧张情绪，提高穿刺准确率，并减少术后并发症。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of the thyroid nodule fine needle aspiration cytological examination. Methods The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care of 86 patients with thyroid nodule fine needle aspiration cytological examination were retrospectively analyzed, and the nursing efficacy was observed. Results The operations of the 86 patients were smooth, with one case with syncope who was out of danger after the emergency treatment, one case with local hematoma who healed after conservative treatment. No other complication was found. Conclusion With effective nursing, paramedics can relieve the thyroid nodule fine needle aspiration patients’ tension, improve the puncture efficiency, and reduce the postoperative complications.
