摘要/Abstract

摘要： 综述近年高同型半胱氨酸（Homocysteine, Hcy）血症的疾病预警及其研究的意义。查阅相关文献和总结了相关研究结果，在分析的基础上阐述了观点和建议。Hcy 是人体一种非必需氨基酸，系甲硫氨酸的中间代谢产物；其血清中的参考值依性别、年龄不同有所差异，儿童 4.8~15.0μmol/L，成人 5~15μmol/L；高 Hcy 血症与心脑血管病、糖尿病肾病等慢性疾病的风险密切相关。对此，深入研究高 Hcy 血症与疾病危险相关性，阐明其发病机制，建立诊检“H 型疾病”和防治该类疾病的预警措施，筛查和研制其治疗药物以及丰富临床治疗策略具有重要意义。

Abstract: To review the disease warning of hyperhomocysteinemia and its research significance in recent years, the paper accessed to relevant documents, summarized the research results and demonstrated our suggestions based on the analysis. Homocysteine (Hcy) is a non-essential amino acids in the human body. The normal range of serum Hcy varies in accordance with age and gender. Hyperhomocysteinemia is closed related to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, diabetic nephropathy and other chronic diseases. In this regard, it is significant to clarify its pathogenesis, establish the diagnosis check of “H-type diseases”, screen and develop of drugs and accumulate clinical therapeutic strategies.
