固有免疫应答在抗布鲁菌感染过程中的作用

The role of innate immune response during infection of Brucella

摘要: 布鲁菌是革兰氏阴性兼性胞内寄生菌,包括牛布鲁菌、羊布鲁菌、猪布鲁菌、犬布鲁菌和海洋哺乳动物感染的布鲁菌等,其中羊布鲁菌、牛布鲁菌、猪布鲁菌和犬布鲁菌等可以通过多种途径侵入人和动物体内,其引起的布鲁菌病是一种严重的人畜共患病。固有免疫系统是机体抵抗病原体感染的第一道防线,因此在布鲁菌感染过程中发挥重要作用。 现综述布鲁菌感染过程中宿主固有免疫应答发挥的作用。

Abstract: Brucella is a Gram-negative, facultative intracellular bacteria, which includes Brucella. abortus(cattle), B.melitensis(goats), B.suis (swine), B.canis(dogs) and Brucella infected by marine mammals,et al. B.abortus, B.melitensis, B.suis and B.canis, et al can invade into humans and animals through a variety of ways and cause Brucellosis that is a severe zoonotic desease. The innate immune system is the first line of defensing against the infection of pathogen for our organism, which plays a key role during the infection of Brucella. This paper overviews the role of innate immune response during the infection of Brucella.
