摘要/Abstract

摘要： Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族新成员,高表达于多种肿瘤组织.COX-2是诱导型环氧合酶,近年来因其特殊的生物学特性有望成为肿瘤防治的新靶点.研究Survivin、COX-2与涎腺肿瘤的关系具有重要的理论和临床意义.

关键词: Survivin, COX-2, 涎腺肿瘤

Abstract: Survivin, possessing high expression in a wide variety of tumor tissues, is the new family member of inhibitor of appoptosis proteins. As an inducible Cyclooxygenase, COX-2 has become a new method of preventing and curing cancer for its biological properties in recent years. This research on the relationship between survivin, COX-2 and salivary gland tumors has significance in theory and clinical practice.
