Abstract: Objective To observe the curative effects of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with Fexofenadine oral in the treatment of senile skin pruritus. Methods 128 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 68 cases in treatment group treated with Runzaozhiyang Capsule oral, 4 tablets/time, 3 times/day, combined with Fexofenadine oral, 60mg/time, 2 times/day; 60 cases of the control group, only received fexofenadine oral, 60mg/time, 2 times/day. Two groups were treated for 2 weeks, 4 weeks to judge the curative effects. Results The treatment effectiveness of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 92.65%and 78.33%, there was significant difference(χ2=5.404, P<0.05);The pruritus severity, frequency, duration, pruritus area also had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with Fexofenadine in the patients of the two groups have good curative effects and low incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of senile pruritus.
