充血性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证治疗的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 充血性心力衰竭目前已成为最重要的公共卫生问题之一,发病率高,预后差,病死率高。目前西医手术、介入治疗的适应证很少,西药治疗充血性心力衰竭研究较多,但仍不能取得理想疗效。近年来中医中药治疗充血性心力衰竭逐渐受到重视。目前对充血性心力衰竭中医证候研究尚不完全统一,临床缺乏标准的证候判定方法,因而准确地辨证论治、因证施药成为中医中药治疗充血性心力衰竭的挑战,充分了解中医充血性心力衰竭的证候学特点,尤其是对于作为诸多分型中最为常见的气虚血瘀证特点的研究已成为准确辨证论治的重中之重,这对于今后指导临床干预,提高中医治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效具有重要意义。

Abstract: Congestive heart failure has become one of the most important public health problems, which has high incidence, poor prognosis, high mortality rate. Indications of the current Western medicine surgery and interventional therapy are rarely. There are a lot of reports concerning with that western medicine treatment of congestive heart failure in clinical practices, but the treating effects are not ideal. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of congestive heart failure has been gradually paid great attention. At present, the study of TCM syndromes of congestive heart failure is not yet completely unified, with the lack of standard syndromes determination method in the clinical research, and thus accurate syndrome differentiation, the application of traditional Chinese medicine become the challenge of treatment of congestive heart failure. Only the congestion heart failure of Chinese medicine definition, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome classification are fully understood, can accurate syndrome differentiation become possible, and have an good effect on congestive heart failure in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The study of TCM characteristics of patients with congestive heart failure,especially characteristics of blood stasis syndrome due to qi deficiency,as one of the most common types, has become the most important for accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment, which is also of great significance to guide clinical intervention, improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of congestive heart failure.
