基于有效教学QAIT 模型的线上教学策略在儿科护理学中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨应对新冠肺炎疫情期间基于有效教学QAIT 模型的线上教学策略,为明确儿科护理学下一阶段的线上教学方案提供依据。方法 对本校护理学院174名护理本科学生,结合《儿科护理学》教学大纲,制定基于有效教学 QAIT 模型的线上教学策略,在儿科护理学线上理论授课中应用3周,每节课程结束后导出数据,整理分析学生成绩、课前预习及课堂学习情况。结果 每名学生6次课后测试的平均成绩为(9.10±0.80)分;6次课前浏览预习资料的预习率为90.15%;6次课前预习测试的答题率为89.75%;每次课学生发送的平均弹幕数为196个;6次课参与课上测试的答题率为91.81%。结论 应对新冠肺炎疫情期间基于有效教学QAIT 模型的线上教学策略在儿科护理学中应用取得阶段性成果,但也存在问题需要持续改进,在下一阶段的线上教学工作中应该不断探索新举措。

Abstract: Objective To explore online teaching strategies based on the QAIT model of effective teaching during the response to COVID-19 epidemic and put forward some suggestions for the next stage of online teaching in pediatric nursing. Methods The online teaching strategies based on the effective QAIT model and the pediatric nursing syllabus were applied to 174 undergraduate nursing students from our nursing school for three weeks in the online theoretical teaching of pediatric nursing. At the end of each class, the data were exported to analyze the student achievements, preparation of class and classroom learning. Results The average score of each student in the 6 after-class tests was 9.10±0.80 points. The preview rate of reading the preview materials before 6 classes was 90.15%. The answer rate of the 6 preview tests was 89.75%. The average number of bullet screen sent per class was 196. The answer rate of the tests in 6 classes was 91.81%.Conclusion Online teaching strategies based on the QAIT model of effective teaching during the response to COVID-19 epidemic have obtained periodic achievements in pediatric nursing, but there are still problems that need to be continuously improved. New measures should be explored in the next phase of online teaching.
