Abstract: This paper introduces CHEN Xuanzhang's experience in treating epigastric pain. CHEN Xuanzhang was a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Hebei Province in the early days of liberation. CHEN Xuanzhang attached importance to the Qi transformation of the six Meridians in treating epigastric pain.The six Meridians of Yangming correspond to the stomach.Yangming is warm and dry in nature, Yangming is close, Yangming has more Qi and blood, and the etiology and pathogenesis of epigastric pain are closely related to Yangming Nature.Epigastric pain is also often associated with Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin,and Gallbaldder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang.He also has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of epigastric pain caused by diseases such as peptic ulcer and stomach cancer.CHEN Xuanzhang's experience in treating epigastric pain is characteristic of individual and region.CHEN Xuanzhang is good at treating epigastric pain by using the effective experience of past dynasties, and is suitable for clinical practice.
