新冠疫情期间基于PBL联合MDT模式在医学本科线上教学中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨在新冠疫情期间通过线上教学结合以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合多学科团队协作(Multiple Disciplinary Team,MDT)模式在医学本科教学中的应用,为医学本科教学模式提供新建议。方法 选取我校2018级(104期)临床医学本科生117名作为研究对象,随机分为2个组,其中对照组61名和实验组56名。对照组使用常规PBL网络教学模式,实验组采用网络联合PBL+MDT模式。教学结束统计两组病例学习总结情况及对教学模式的满意度评价,并进行分析。结果 调查问卷显示,PBL+MDT教学组对于病例学习总结及自我能力的提高明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PBL+MDT教学组对教学模式的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于网络的PBL联合MDT教学模式,能提高医学本科生的学习积极性,培养学生循证思维和创新能力,对医学本科生的培养具有良好效果和积极作用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of the network-based Problem-based learning(PBL)combined with Multiple Disciplinary Team(MDT)mode in teaching medical undergraduate students during the Covid-19 epidemic to provide new suggestions for the teaching mode of medical undergraduates. Methods 117 clinical medicine undergraduates of grade 2018 in China Medical University were selected as the research objects and divided randomly into control group(61)and experimental group(56). The control group was taught by network PBL teaching,and the experimental group was taught by network-based PBL combined with MDT teaching Mode. At the end of the teaching, the case-studied summary and the satisfaction of the teaching mode of the two groups were analyzed. Results The questionnaire survey found that PBL+MDT teaching group's case-studied summary and the improvement of self-ability was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Students' satisfaction of PBL+MDT teaching was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Network-based PBL combined with MDT mode can improve the enthusiasm of medical undergraduates, cultivate students' evidence-based thinking and innovation ability, and have a positive effect on the training of medical undergraduates.
