Value of bedside technology in diagnosis and monitoring of acute pulmonary edema

摘要: 急性肺水肿是一种临床常见的急危重症,病情进展迅速,需要对其进行及时有效的诊断和治疗,否则易危及患者生命。因此,早期正确诊断急性肺水肿,特别是明确其病因,对患者的治疗和预后十分重要。现就床旁技术对急性肺水肿的诊断与监测价值进行综述。

关键词: 急性肺水肿, 听诊, 胸部X线片, 脉搏指示连续心排血法, 肺部超声

Abstract: Acute pulmonary edema disease is a common clinical emergency and critical illness, and the disease develops rapidly, and it is necessary to have timely and effective diagnosis and treatment, otherwise it is easy to endanger the life of patients. Therefore, it is necessary to make early and correct diagnosis of acute pulmonary edema, especially to clarify its etiology, which is very important for the treatment and prognosis of patients. This article reviews the diagnostic and monitoring value of bedside technique in acute pulmonary edema.
