摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,中国炎症性肠病的发病率不断增高,临床上主要表现为长期且持续的炎症反复发作,是常见的消化系统疾病。对近年国内外炎症性肠病患者药物管理内容的相关文献进行归纳、总结并分析,就其是否可以提高患者的药物管理能力、改善患者对疾病的认知、提高患者生活质量等做一个阐述,为医院或社区实施炎症性肠病的药物管理提供参考。

关键词: 炎症性肠病, 药物管理, 服药依从性, 溃疡性结肠炎, 克罗恩病

Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)has been increasing in China, and it is a common digestive system disease mainly manifested as long-term and persistent repeated inflammation. This paper induced, summarized and analyzed relevant literatures on drug management of IBD patients at home and abroad in recent years, and expounded whether it could improve patients' drug management ability, improve their cognition of disease and improve their quality of life, so as to provide reference for hospitals or communities to implement drug management of IBD.
