Abstract: Online teaching is the first large-scale use for Internet technologies in the history of China's higher education during the new epidemic. This study randomly selected 221 online courses of Hebei Medical University, from the perspective of social cognitive theory, elaborated the overall status of online teaching, and analyzed the problems of online teaching from students, teachers and experimental teaching. Suggestions: schools should provide comprehensive services and give full of support for online teaching; teachers should change the concept, methods, strategies and skills of “teaching”. Students should cultivate the thinking and should have abilities for autonomous “learning”.
