Abstract: Tradition Chinese medicine(TCM)textbooks are important physical evidence of TCM education, which can reflect the level of TCM education to a certain extent.After the liberation of Hebei province, the education of traditional Chinese medicine in colleges and universities was among the best in China, and the early compilation of TCM textbooks was actively explored and successful experience was accumulated.By collecting physical materials and consulting the textbooks and notes kept by the students, such as Jiang Jinjian, Guo Xianmin, Deng Wenli, Sun Dasan, Li Xiufu, etc,the author makes a textual research on the early TCM textbooks in Hebei province.The early TCM textbooks experienced two periods: Hebei Provincial School for Advanced Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hebei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, two types as handouts and experience exchange, five stages.Through the textual research on the evolution of the early TCM textbooks in Hebei province, we hope to provide a useful reference for the development of TCM education.
