Abstract: Objective To analyze the training effect of virtual knee arthroscopy surgery system in orthopedists. Methods 36 orthopedists were randomly divided into experimental group (n=20) and control group (n=16). Each group received ordinary theory teaching and surgery probation in 45 days, experimental group received additional virtual knee arthroscopy surgery system training. Evaluating training effect of two groups in 15,30 and 45 days with clinical surgery. Results The surgery score and error count with two groups had no statistical significant (P>0.05) in 15 days. The surgery score of experimental group was significantly higher than control group in 30 and 45 days(P<0.05). The error count of experimental group was signiifcantly lower than control group in 30 and 45 days(P<0.05). Conclusion Virtual knee arthroscopy surgery system can improve orthopedist`s operation skills, better than ordinary training methods.
