Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the value of ultrasound imaging findings of breast lumps and its significance to the identification of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods 199 cases with breast lumps were selected in May 2012-February 2014 in our hospital as the research objects. All patients were examined with color doppler ultrasound, and the results were compared with postoperative pathologic results to observe the diagnosis efficiency of color doppler ultrasound. Results (1) In color doppler ultrasound examination, 217 were found lump, among them, 179 suffered from benign breast lumps, 38 malignant breast tumors; the pathological results showed 182 had benign breast lumps, 35 malignant breast tumors. Therefore, of the total coincidence rate of color doppler ultrasound examination was 98.62%, which had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). (2) There was a statistically significant differences in benign breast tumors and malignant breast tumors considering characteristics of ultrasonic imaging (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic imaging can be applied to identify breast lumps more accuracy, which can provide reliable clinical diagnosis results for the treatment, it is worthy distribution in clinical practices.
