Abstract: Multisensory stimulation refers to the application of two or more sensory stimuli in a specific environment to improve the developmental outcomes of preterm infants. This study reviews the progress of multisensory stimulation in hospitalized preterm infants from four aspects: implementation status, application effects, intervention content, and existing issues and recommendations, providing a reference for clinical practice.
