Abstract: Objective To study the application of applying comprehensive nursing risk factors assessment in neurology and the impact on the incidence of nursing adverse events. Methods Nursing adverse events happened in the department of neurology in 2013 and that happened in 2014 when using various kinds of risk factors assessment were analyzed. Results The incidence of all kinds of nursing adverse events after applying comprehensive nursing risk factors assessment in the patients reduced significantly. Conclusion Proper use comprehensive nursing risk factors assessment can effectively reduce the incidence of neurology hospital patients’ nursing adverse events and its nursing disputes.
