Abstract: Objective To discuss the medical nursing of the patients with urethral straddle injury conducted urethral realignment treatmentunder endoscopic. Methods The experience in treating 23 cases with urethral injury straddle performed urethral realignment and their psychological care, primary care and specialist nursing were summarized and analyzed. ResultsThe results indicated that 23 patients had success surgery treatment without nursing complications. The patients were followed up for 1-12 months, of which 21 cases of voiding after catheter removal, 2 cases of dysuria after catheter removal, recovery soon after urethral dilatation. Conclusion Effective nursing measures are important. This can reduce the suffering of patients, prevent complications, and improve the cure rate.
