Application of new type of nurse training mode in training clinical nurse

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of the new mode of comprehensive nurse training in the application of the high qualification nurses training. Methods 124 nurses from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected as subjects of the study, who were randomly divided into observation group(n=62) and control group(n=62). The persons in the observation group were adopted the new nurse training mode, and the people in the control group were trained with traditional dispersion pattern. The assessment of nursing staff and nursing satisfaction on nurse's operation technique were observed and compared. Results The nurses’ “three basics theory” pass rate, operationing pass rate, the eligible rate of lectures and operation and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The new mode of comprehensive nurse training can improve the basic theoretical knowledge and integrated professional skills effectively. Compared with traditional distributed training mode, the effects are remarkable.
