Relying on the orthopaedic standardization training to improve comprehensive skills of interns resident

Abstract: Objective To investigate in the orthopedics internship teaching effects of using the standard resident standardization training to improve the comprehensive ability of orthopaedic interns. Methods 128 students were randomly divided into 2 groups respectively, in the traditional teaching method and the resident standardization standards for practice teaching, to examine the results of the internship to compare teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the teachers in the two groups of interns internship. Results Using the standard teaching practice of resident standardization training students the results of the internship was given evaluation scores and comprehensive skills were significantly higher than the traditional teaching practice group, the teaching satisfaction of the teacher's were improved obviously, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion In orthopedic resident standardization training internship teaching effects are remarkable, the application can improve the quality of orthopaedic trainees’ comprehensive skills and practice.
