Abstract: General practice is a people-oriented and health oriented service system. It is an organic combination of evaluation mechanism based on crowd health and incentive mechanism based on benefit distribution, and a pow-er source for achieving general purpose of medical treatment. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the process, the basic mode, the mechanism and the mechanism of the general medical service, which is very important to the improvement of the general medical system in our country.
