Abstract: Chromatin remodeling factor 1(Rsf-1), also known as hepatitis BX-antigen associated protein(HBXAP), is overexpressed in common malignant tumors such as gastric, liver and colon cancer, and its overexpression is associated with the proliferation and malignancy grade of malignant cells. The patients with high Rsf-1 expression tend to have higher TNM stage and poorer prognosis.

Key words: Rsf-1, malignant tumor, drug resistance, cell proliferation, invasiveness
