Abstract: Objective To investigate the treatment of the subgaleal hematoma combined with intraorbital hematoma. Methods The diagnosis was made by ultrasonic B and computed tomography. The subgaleal hematoma was aspirated firstly, and compressive bandaging was applied on the scalp. Then the intraorbital hematoma was aspirated. A piece of gauze at the supracilliary riges was put and compressive bandaging was applied over it. Results Both of the eye position and the eye movement were improved in all the cases. The visual acuity had improved more or less. 44 eyes improved to 0.4-0.6, 2 eye improved to 0.1, and 4 eyes CF/10cm(non-improved). Conclusion The diagnosis of the subgaleal hematoma combined with intraorbital hematoma was easily diagnosed with B scan and CT. In the treatment, the subgaleal hematoma should be aspirated first, then the intraorbital hemamatoma. Timely treatment was the key to save sight.
