摘要/Abstract

摘要： 依从性差是一个普遍存在的现象，也是疾病得不到有效控制的重要因素，其对临床效果及疾病康复有重要的影响；早期预测患者依从性状况并找出重要的影响因素，将有助于医护人员采取有针对性的干预措施，从而提高患者的依从性，改善预后。对依从性的定义和测量工具、依从性预测模型及评分系统等系列问题进行综述，以期为开展特定疾病的依从性预测研究提供依据。

关键词: 依从性, 预测, 预测模型, 预测评分系统

Abstract: Adherence has an important significance on clinical effect and disease recovery. It is critical to predict adherence early and find out the important factors, which will help medical staff take specific interventions and then improve the patients’ adherence. This paper mainly introduces the development of concept of adherence, influence factors, prediction model and adherence rating score system. It will provide some basis to the research about adherence prediction.
