摘要: 目的对神经外科硕士研究生进行显微镜下操作的训练。方法 先进行显微镜下的基础操作训练,再行大鼠颈总动脉 端 - 侧吻合实验。结果 所有实验大鼠吻合血管愈合且通畅。取吻合口周围血管横断面进行 HE 染色,显示血管吻合口见 内皮细胞生长良好,血管通畅率为 100%,未见血管狭窄及假性动脉瘤。结论 通过显微镜下基础操作训练及建立大鼠颈 总动脉端侧吻合动物模型的方法,对神经外科硕士研究生进行显微镜下操作的训练,为其应用到临床打下坚实基础。

Abstract: Objective To carry out the training of vascular anastomosis under the microscope in postgraduate students of department of neurosurgery. Methods After the postgraduates carried out the basic operation of the microscope, then they were trained to perform the common carotid artery end to side anastomosis of the rats. Results All the 20 Sprague-Dawley rats who were underwent this procedure survived the operation. The success rate was up to 100%. The anastomoses were almost 100% patent immediately and 1 months after the procedure. HE staining showed good anastomotic healing,without stenosis and false aneurysm. Conclusion Through establishing the a rat model of end to side anastomosis of the carotid artery and special training, the standardization of the operation and a good foundation of applying its skills were developed.
