全国名老中医对糖尿病肾病辨证与用药规律的数据分析

Analysis on national famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic nephropathy syndrome differentiation and its treatment rules

摘要: 目的 探讨名老中医糖尿病肾病的证治用药规律。方法 收集60位全国名老中医诊疗糖尿病肾病的病案,采用统计软件集成的数据统计、关联规则、聚类分析等方法,挖掘名老中医治疗糖尿病肾病的辨证和用药规律。结果 发现了71份医案中证候、药物出现频次以及药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出26个核心组合和6个新处方。结论 数据分析方法可用于发现名老中医治疗糖尿病肾病的规律。

Abstract: Objective To explore the treating rules of some national famous old doctors of traditional Chinese medicine’s medication for diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods The treatment rules of diabetic nephropathy in 60 national famous old doctors of traditional Chinese medicine were collected, auxiliary system software,the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine, the software integration analysis, improved mutual information method, the complex system entropy and entropy of unsupervised clustering hierarchy clustering data mining methods were applied. Results In the 71 selected consilia, the appearance frequency of symptoms and the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed, 26 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were also mined from the database. Conclusion Data analysis methods can be used to find the national famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
