摘要/Abstract

摘要： 跟骨骨折是临床上较为多见的跗骨骨折,占跗骨骨折60%,占全身骨折1%~2%,致残率高达30%。多由于高处坠落摔伤、车祸和砸伤导致,病患多为青壮年,严重影响社会生产力水平,因此广受关注。随着科学技术的发展,对跟骨骨折的诊断和治疗方法越来越多,只有准确诊断并给予合适的治疗才能使患者恢复健康。现对跟骨骨折的诊断与治疗做以下综述。

关键词: 跟骨骨折, DSA, CBCT, 关节内骨折, 手术治疗

Abstract: Calcaneal fractures are more common in clinical tarsal bone fracture,occupying 60% of tarsal bone fracture,account for approximately 1% to 2% of body fracture,disability rate is as high as 30%.They are mainly caused by falling down,car accidents or injured,patients are mostly young adults,the disease severely affects the level of social productive forces,thus,which is widely concerned.With the development of science and technology,more and more diagnosis and treatment of calcaneal fractures are developed,only the accurate diagnosis and proper treatment can make the patients recover.The following review will discuss the diagnosis and treatment of calcaneal fractures.
