情景模拟在小儿肾脏风湿免疫疾病教学中的应用

摘要: 目的 分析情景模拟教学法在儿科肾脏风湿免疫疾病教学中的使用及与传统教学法的教学差异。方法 选取2015级小儿肾脏风湿免疫科临床实习的医学生作为研究对象,将其分为对照组(采用传统教学法授课)与观察组(采用情景模拟教学法授课)。比较两组学生理论、实践操作考试成绩及老师教学满意度问卷。结果 通过对比两组学生理论考试和实践操作考试的成绩,观察组理论考试及实践操作考试高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;两组教师教学满意度对比发现观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 情景模拟教学法在提高医学生对所学肾脏风湿免疫疾病相关知识点的掌握程度,学生学习的自主性、积极性等方面教学效果反馈比传统教学法更好。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the difference between scenario simulation teaching and traditional teaching in pediatric kidney and rheumatic disease. Methods Medical students of 2015 grade who came to have clinical practice in Department of Pediatric kidney and Rheumatic Disease of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group(scenario simulation method)and the control group(traditional method). Scores of theory, practical operation test and teacher's teaching satisfaction of two groups of were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group regarding of theory and practical operation test scores in the students(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups concerning of the teacher teaching satisfaction scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method, the scenario simulation teaching method has a positive effect on improving medical students' knowledge on pediatric kidney and rheumatic disease and learning ability, and the teaching effect feedbacks are much more better.
