3D重建垂体瘤数字化模型在医患沟通中的应用价值

摘要: 目的 通过3D重建技术,重建垂体瘤数字化模型,并探究数字化模型在医患沟通中的应用价值。方法 选取 5名垂体瘤患者的CT、MRI数据,以DICOM格式导入MIMICS21.0软件中,得到3D垂体瘤数字化模型;招募32名垂体瘤患者家属(每名患者对应一名家属),采用数字随机表法,分为对照组(n=16)与实验组(n=16),实验组应用3D模型,对2组家属得分数据做出统计分析。结果 经MIMICS 21.0软件重建出了高保真的数字化模型,统计分析显示,使用模型后,患者家属对垂体瘤解剖结构(t=4.233, P<0.001)、临床表现(t=5.121, P<0.001)、并发症(t=5.504, P<0.001)、治疗方案(t=4.659, P<0.001)的理解显著提高。结论 通过3D重建软件将二维图像重建为具有空间结构的数字化模型,生动、直观,可以更好地辅助医生进行患者病情告知,同时,患方亦更容易理解自身病情,医患沟通的效果得到了显著提升,患者对医生的治疗方案认可度、配合度更高。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of digital models in doctor-patient communication by applying 3D reconstruction technology to reconstruct the digital model of pituitary tumors. Methods CT and MRI data of 5 patients with pituitary adenoma were imported into mimics 21.0 software in DICOM format to obtain 3D digital model of pituitary adenoma. 32 family members of pituitary tumor patients(one family member for each patient)were recruited and randomly divided into control group(n=16)and experimental group(n=16). The experimental group used 3D model to make statistical analysis on the score data of family members of the two groups. Results The high-fidelity digital model was reconstructed by MIMICS 21.0 software. Statistical analysis showed that after using the model, the patient's family members had a significant understanding of the four aspects of pituitary tumor anatomy(t=4.233, P<0.001), clinical manifestations(t=5.121,P<0.001), complications(t=5.504,P<0.001)and treatment options(t=4.659,P<0.001). Conclusion The 2D image is reconstructed into a digital model with a spatial structure through 3D reconstruction software, which is vivid and intuitive, and can better assist the doctor in the patient's condition notification. At the same time, it is easier for the patient to understand his condition. The effect of doctor-patient communication has been significantly improved, and patients have a higher degree of recognition and cooperation with doctors’ treatment plans.
