摘要： 介绍张金瀛三因十法诊治妇科疾病经验。1956年,张金瀛执教于河北中医学院,兼任内科及妇科的教学及临床工作。本文辑录新近发现由学生记录的张金瀛授课带教笔记及相关医案。张金瀛把妇科疾病病因分为内因、外因与不内外因三种,治法分为攻、补、温、清、止、活、和、平、涩、行十种。张金瀛对于十法的临床运用有独到见解。运用攻法治癥瘕,温法分大、小温经汤,活法分新、旧生化汤,具有良好的临床实用性。

Abstract: This paper introduces ZHANG Jinying's experience in the treatment of gynecological diseases.In 1956, ZHANG Jinying taught at Hebei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and assumed the post of teaching and clinical work in internal medicine and gynecology.This article is a compilation of newly discovered student notes and medical records of ZHANG Jinying. ZHANG Jinying divided the causes of gynecological diseases into internal, external and non-internal and external causes.The therapeutic methods were divided into ten kinds: Gong, Bu,Wen,Qing,Zhi,Huo,He,Ping,Se and Xing. ZHANG Jinying had an unique view on the clinical application of the ten methods.Using the Gong method to cure tumor,the Wen method divided the big and the small Wenjing decoction,the Huo method divided the new and the old Shenghua decoction.It had good clinical practicability.
