卡牌游戏在预立医疗照护计划中的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 卡牌游戏是预立医疗照护计划(advance care planning,ACP)推广的新途径,在一些发达国家和地区已有理论探讨与实践经验。目前中国对ACP的相关研究仍处于起步阶段,需借鉴国外卡牌游戏的先进理念和经验来构建符合中国文化特色的ACP沟通模式。对卡牌游戏的设计细节、干预工具、干预效果、不足及建议等方面进行综述,以期为医护人员制订ACP的实施策略及开展相关研究提供借鉴。

Abstract: Card game is a new way to promote advance care planning(ACP), and there have been theoretical discussions and practical experience in some developed countries and regions. At present, the relevant research on ACP in our country is still in its infancy, and it is necessary to learn from the advanced concepts and experience of foreign card games to construct an ACP gamification communication mode that could conform to Chinese cultural characteristics. This paper reviews the design details, intervention tools, intervention effects, deficiencies and suggestions of card games in order to provide reference for medical workers to formulate ACP implementation strategies and carry out related research.
