河间学派的成因与内涵及传承

摘要: 刘完素受理学的影响,以《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》为依据,提出以“脏腑运气”“脏腑水火”“六气皆化火”“五志化火”“伤寒即热病”为核心范畴的“火热”学说,并补充了“燥气”病机,发展了运气学说及外感病理论。对于外感热病,认为病机主要是玄府郁滞、阳气怫郁、阳热郁结,治疗以寒凉药物清热降火,提出辛凉解表、表里双解、泄热通腑、甘寒养阴等法,创制了许多新方,并兼综各科,重视针灸与养生。刘完素提出的热病治法成为温病的重要治法,为后世温病学的发展奠定了基础。刘完素学术传承人众多,形成了重要的中医学术流派河间学派。金元著名医家张从正、朱丹溪、李东垣受其影响,提出新说,促进了河间学派的发展,张从正的“攻邪论”和朱丹溪的“阳有余阴不足论”与刘完素的“火热”论共同构成河间学派的主要特色,成为区别于其他中医学术流派的标志。

Abstract: LIU Wansu integrated scientific principles into his theories, drawing from “HUANGDI NEIJING” and “SHANGHAN LUN”. He proposed the theory of “HUORE” with “Zangfu Yunqi”, “Zangfu Shuihuo”, “Liuqi Jie Huahuo ”, “Wuzhi Huahuo”and “Shanghan Ji Rebing”. Additionally, he supplemented the pathogenesis of “Zaoqi” and expanded on the theory of internal and external diseases. For externally induced fever, he believed that the main pathogenesis was Xuanfu Yuzhi, Yangqi Fuyu, and Yangre Yujie. Treatment involved using cold and cool drugs to clear heat and reduce fire. LIU Wansu's approach to treating Rebing became foundational for later developments in this field. Influenced by Liu Wansu's work, there were many academic inheritors who formed an important school in traditional Chinese medicine known as the Hejian school. This influence also extended to ZHANG Congzheng, ZHU Danxi, LI Dongyuan who put forward new theories that promoted the development of what is now known as the Hejian school. The combination of ZHANG Congzheng's theory of Gongxie, ZHU Danxi's theory of Yang Youyu Yin Buzu along with LIU Wansu's theory constituted the main characteristics of this school which set it apart from other academic schools within traditional Chinese medicine.
