基于文献计量学的近十年骨科教学研究热点可视化分析

摘要: 目的 系统梳理近十年骨科教学研究领域相关文献,剖析研究现状及热点,以期为高质量骨科教学人才培养和未来骨科学教学改革提供参考。方法 采用文献计量学研究方法对2014年1月1日至2023年12月31日收录于中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普中文科技期刊数据库中有关于骨科教学研究相关文献的年度发文量、论文作者、所属单位、刊载期刊、研究主题和基金支持等各项核心数据展开分析。结果 共计纳入文献1 569篇,年度发文量总体呈波动上升趋势,高发文作者主要为刘瑞、官建中和甄志龙等,高发文单位包括内蒙古医科大学附属医院、蚌埠医学院第一附属医院和首都医科大学附属朝阳医院等,并聚焦骨科临床教学、问题驱动式教学(PBL)/临床案例驱动式教学(CBL)、3D打印、骨科护理教学、住院医师规范化培训和翻转课堂等研究热点。结论 近十年骨科教学研究领域相关文献年度发文量总体呈波动上升趋势,高发文作者较为集中,发文单位以各医学院校直属附属医院为主,但不同单位之间缺乏紧密协作,且在关注传统教学方法基础上,研究热点进一步聚焦先进技术驱动的骨科教学方式变革。

Abstract: Objective To systematically review relevant literatures in the field of orthopedic teaching research in the past decade, analyze the current research status and hotspots, and provide reference for the cultivation of high-quality orthopedic teaching talents and future orthopedic teaching reforms. Methods The bibliometric research method was used to analyze the annual publication volume, authors, affiliations, published journals, research topics, and fund support of literatures related to orthopedic teaching and research collected on China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, and Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2023. Results A total of 1 569 literatures were included in the study, and the overall annual publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend. The high-publication authors were mainly LIU Rui, GUAN Jianzhong, ZHEN Zhilong, and so on. The high-publication affiliations included Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College, Affiliated Chaoyang Hospital of Capital Medical University, and so on. The studies focused on orthopedic clinical teaching, problem-based learning(PBL)/clinical case-based learning(CBL), 3D printing, orthopedic nursing teaching, standardized training for resident physicians, flipped classrooms, and so on. Conclusions In the past decade, the annual publication volume of relevant literatures in the field of orthopedic teaching and research has shown an overall fluctuating upward trend. The high-publication authors are relatively concentrated, and the main publishing affiliations are affiliated hospitals of various medical colleges. However, there is a lack of close cooperation between different affiliations. Based on the focus on traditional teaching methods, research hotspots should further focus on the transformation of orthopedic teaching methods driven by advanced technology.
