重症患者早期肠内营养不耐受的研究进展

摘要: 肠内营养是危重患者首选的营养治疗方案,进行早期肠内营养干预对于疾病恢复期的重症患者更重要。但由于重症患者病情复杂,常出现早期肠内营养不耐受的情况。基于此,检索相关文献,对早期肠内营养不耐受的相关因素、评估方法及预防措施进行综述,从而为改善重症患者的营养状况、尽快恢复胃肠功能、降低患者病死率、减少住院时间等临床护理实践提供理论依据。

Abstract: Enteral nutrition is the preferred nutritional therapy for critically ill patients, and early enteral nutrition intervention is particularly important during the recovery phase of critical illness. However, due to the complexity of their condition, critically ill patients often experience early enteral nutrition intolerance. Based on this, relevant literatures were reviewed to summarize the contributing factors, assessment methods, and preventive measures of early enteral nutrition intolerance. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for clinical nursing practice to improve the nutritional status of critically ill patients, promote early recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce mortality, and shorten hospital stays.
