隐匿性绒毛膜羊膜炎研究现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 隐匿性绒毛膜羊膜炎(histologic chorioamnionitis)是指只有实验室检查异常而无临床表现的绒毛膜羊膜炎,其在孕期任何阶段都可能发生.绒毛膜羊膜炎是危及母儿健康的一种非常严重的并发症,已成为宫内感染的同义词,越来越引起产科医师们的重视.目前临床上对隐匿性绒毛膜羊膜炎的发生机制尚不完全清楚,对其预测方法国内外均有文献报道,其可导致胎膜早破和早产,新生儿脑瘫与其也有一定关联,因此对隐匿性绒毛膜羊膜炎研究有着重要的临床意义,现将近几年关于隐匿性绒毛膜羊膜炎的研究情况作一综述.
