危重症患者并发应激性溃疡的病因、防治及护理

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 应激性溃疡是危重症患者最严重并发症之一，是机体在应激状态下发生的急性胃黏膜病变，其发病机制复杂，病死率高，积极有效的预防及护理对于挽救患者生命，提高生存质量起着十分重要作用。对应激性溃疡的病因、预防治疗及相关护理措施作一简述 , 强调了抑酸药的应用和各项护理，从而为临床工作提供参考。

Abstract: The stress ulcer, one of the most serious complications of critical diseases, is acute gastric mucosal lesions occurring in the body under stress. It has complicated pathogenesis and high incidence. Therefore, effective prevention and proper nursing care play a key role in saving life of those critical patients, and providing a better prognosis. This paper summarized the causes of stress ulcer, its preventive measures and nursing, emphasized the application of acid suppression drugs and nursing to provide some references.
