摘要: 妊娠期恶心呕吐是孕早期的常见症状,给孕妇的生活质量带来影响的同时威胁母胎生命安全,甚至造成妊娠终止。由于受疾病认识程度及药物安全性对胚胎潜在危害等因素的影响,该病的及时就诊率及用药率较低,且选择治疗方案时常过于保守,当疾病进一步发展时往往使治疗更加棘手。为规范其诊断及管理,美国妇产科医师学会于2018年1月更新发布了妊娠期恶心呕吐管理第189号文件,通过审查当前质量最佳的有关妊娠期恶心呕吐诊断及管理的循证医学证据,提出相应指导和建议。
