ICU护士对谵妄患者管理困难现状及影响因素分析

摘要： 目的调查分析ICU护士对谵妄患者管理困难的现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法于2024年5—9月,采用整群抽样法选取安徽医科大学第一附属医院284名ICU护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、ICU护士谵妄护理态度问卷、护士组织支持感量表、谵妄护理压力量表进行问卷调查。结果 ICU护士谵妄管理困难得分为(54.17±8.54)分,多重线性回归分析结果显示,护士自身因素中的ICU工作年限、是否为专科护士、谵妄护理态度和管理因素中的是否接受过谵妄培训以及情感性支持是谵妄患者管理困难程度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士管理谵妄患者时普遍存在困难。护理管理者可实施针对性的培训和支持干预措施,为ICU护士提供更多的资源支持,以降低ICU护士谵妄管理压力,进而改善ICU护士对谵妄患者的管理。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of difficulties in managing delirium patients among ICU nurses and explore its influencing factors. Methods From May, 2024 to September, 2024, a cluster sampling method was used to select 284 ICU nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University as the research subjects. General information questionnaire, ICU nurse delirium nursing attitude questionnaire, nurse organizational support scale, and delirium nursing stress scale were used in questionnaire survey. Results The difficulty score for managing delirium among ICU nurses was(54.17 ± 8.54)points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors such as ICU work experience, specialized nursing status, delirium nursing attitude, and management factors such as delirium training and emotional support were the influencing factors of the difficulty level in managing delirium patients(P<0.05). Conclusion ICU nurses generally face difficulties in managing delirium patients. The length of ICU work experience, whether the nurse is a specialist, attitude towards delirium care, whether they have received delirium training, and emotional support have a significant impact on the difficulty of managing delirium patients. Nursing managers can implement targeted training and support interventions to reduce the pressure of delirium management on ICU nurses and improve their management of delirium patients.
