能谱CT在消除硬化伪影中的应用

Application of spectral CT imaging in reducing beam-hardening artifacts

摘要: 随着技术的发展,体内各种材质的植入物在临床应用越来越多。这些植入物尤其是金属材质的植入物,在CT扫描时会产生金属硬化伪影。这些金属植入物的硬化伪影对于病变的分析诊断、判定治疗效果和病情预后有一定影响,也一直困扰着医学影像工作者和临床医生。医疗技术和计算机技术的结合在医疗领域的应用得到长足的进步,其中能谱CT的出现为消除这些金属硬化硬化伪影提供了一个很好的解决办法。本文就能谱CT在消除金属硬化伪影中的应用做一综述。

Abstract: With the development of technology, more kinds of implants are applied in clinical practices .Those implants, especially metallic implants, could produce metal hardening artifacts which not only have a certain influence in analytical diagnosis diseases, evaluation the treatment effectiveness and prognosis, but also has been plagued by medical imaging workers and clinicians. The combination of medical technology and computer technology has gained a great progress in medical ifeld . Thus the spectral CT could provide a good solution for reducing the artifacts caused by metallic implants. In this paper, we summarize the application of spectral CT imaging in reducing beam-hardening artifacts.
