果酸治疗颜面部轻中度痤疮临床疗效观察

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察果酸换肤在痤疮治疗方面的疗效和安全性。方法选择 64 例痤疮患者，随机分为治疗组 32 例和对照组 32 例。治疗组为果酸治疗，每 2 周 1 次，共 4 次；对照组给予克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂外用，每日 2 次，连续 8 周。 10 周后 2 组进行疗效比较。结果治疗 4 次后治疗组和对照组有效率分别为 84.4%、50.0%；痊愈率分别为 43.8%、 18.8%。2 组之间痊愈率及有效率比较均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论果酸换肤治疗轻中度痤疮高效、安全而方便，患者满意度高。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of alpha hydroxy acid in the treatment of acne. Methods 64 cases of acne patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with alpha hydroxy acid four times of, once every other week. While Topical clindamycin and metronidazole liniment were given to the patients in control group twice a day lasting for eight weeks. The results of the two groups were comparied after treating for 10 weeks. Results The effective ratio of treating group was 84.4%, while that of the control group was 50.0%. The cure ratio of treating group was 43.8%, while control droup was 18.8%. The cure ratio and effective ratio of the treatment group and the control group were satistically significant. Conclusion Alpha hydroxy acid is an effective, safety and convenient method for mild to moderate acne vulgaris, which has higher satisfaction.
