心力衰竭能量代谢重构及治疗的最新研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近来，能量代谢重构成为研究心力衰竭发生机制的一大热点。能量代谢重构是一个包括了能量底物利用的转变、线粒体结构功能的障碍及高能磷酸盐代谢改变的一系列复杂的生物化学反应。通过对这一复杂反应的进一步研究，发现了治疗心力衰竭的新靶点和新方向。

关键词: 心力衰竭, 能量代谢重构, 靶向治疗

Abstract: Recently the reconstruction of energy metabolism has become a focus in researching the mechanism of heart failure. Reconstruction of energy metabolism is a series of complicated biochemical reactions including the transformation of energy substrates’ utilization, the abnormity of the mitochondria’s structure and function ,and changes of high-energy phosphates’ metabolism. During the further study of the complex reactions, we have found a new target and new direction for the treatment of heart failure.
