临床医学八年制神经系统跨学科联席授课的几点思考

摘要: 第二军医大学在临床医学八年制继续实行神经系统跨学科“联席授课”的教学改革,把神经系统的形态和功能相融合。此次跨学科“联席授课”完善了过去教学过程中出现的不足,使其更加适合长学制小班次的学生群体。此次课程改革启用合适的教材,进一步提高了教学效果;以病例贯穿课堂,注重创新能力的培养,实现了转化式学习;激发学生对神经科学的兴趣,关注科研新动向。此次课程改革还有一些方面值得深入探讨,如合理设定课堂讨论频率,及时引导讨论中发现的新问题;在其他领域、更多学科实现更广阔的联席;进一步践行转化式学习,将设想落实于实践。

Abstract: The cross-disciplinary joint teaching reform of nervous system was continued among the medical students of the eight-year system. It combines the morphology and the functions of the nervous system together. The cross-disciplinary joint teaching improves some teaching steps during the process, and makes it more suitable to the students of small order and in the long educational system. Some opinions and suggestions on the cross-disciplinary joint teaching reform from the perspective of the students are discussed.
