翡翠贻贝多糖对宫颈癌细胞凋亡及miRNA-34a表达的影响

Effects of perna viridis polysaccharides on apoptosis of cervical cancer cell and expression of miRNA-34a

摘要: 目的:观察翡翠贻贝多糖对体外培养宫颈癌细胞凋亡及miRNA-34a表达的影响。方法100 mg/L翡翠贻贝多糖处理宫颈癌细胞48 h后,流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡情况,实时定量PCR检测宫颈癌细胞中miRNA-34a表达。结果与对照组相比,翡翠贻贝多糖处理后的宫颈癌细胞凋亡率显著增加(P<0.001),同时宫颈癌细胞中miRNA-34a表达增加(P<0.01)。结论翡翠贻贝多糖通过上调miRNA-34a表达诱导宫颈癌细胞凋亡。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of perna viridis polysaccharides (PVPS) on apoptosis of cervical cancer cell and expression of miRNA-34a. Methods Cervical cancer cells were treated with PVPS (100 mg/L) for 48 hours, then flow cytometry was used to analyse apoptosis and real-time quantitative PCR to detect expression of miRNA-34a. Results Compared with control group, PVPS can significantly rise the apoptosis rate (P<0.001) and expression of miRNA-34a (P<0.01) in cervical cancer cell. Conclusion PVPS can induce apoptosis of cervical cancer cell by elevate expression of miRNA-34a.
